After receiving an order we make the piece first, and only if you think it is fine and you want us to send it to you, would you have to make the payment, but not before manufacturing. * [THIS DOES NOT APPLY IN CASE OF "ONLY NON-PROFIT ORDERS", AS NO PAYMENT IS REQUIRED AND WE 3D-PRINT AT OUR OWN DISCRETION]

Once we have done it, we show you how it has turned out, with special emphasis on what may have been printed incorrectly, to know whether or not it is necessary to reprint it, since it is easy for some things to print poorly. You can ask to reprint something that has gone wrong without any obligation.

On the other hand, you can also ask us for the items that we publish on our Instagram account. If we do not vary the configurations they should be practically identical.

The prices of what we publish in the Gallery do not include shipping costs. It must also be considered that for bulky pieces the shipping costs will be higher, so it is advisable to wait to make several orders at once if they are bulky.
* If the order is something very voluminous, it would be necessary to deal with certain details beforehand about how it will be printed, and in addition, the payment would have to be made first, given the high cost of manufacturing and shipping that it would incur.
We do not recommend making large orders.
