1. About the Camera function and the use of Images

1.1. The applications use the Camera and Gallery functions to load the image, needed for the "prediction" function, based on TensorFlow and implemented in the application, which allows, from a previously trained model, to know "what is in the image", from among the categories with which the model has been previously trained. For that the image is not sent outside the device because the prediction function is already trained and the configuration is only done when the application is created.

     2. About the use of Storage

2.1. A particular use of storage is made when saving a text file with the list of marked checkboxes and when reading this file again (FotoCheck). Or other settings are saved, such as the selected region so as not to have to mark it again (Bird Seeker).

All this is saved exclusively in the storage section dedicated to the application, so no special permissions are needed.

     3. About the use of WiFi and Mobile Networks

3.1. Depending on the application, referring mainly to those that operate with images from the phone's Camera or Gallery, it should not need an internet connection for its operation, since it already includes the TensorFlow libraries and the mathematical models to be used.

3.2. There are, however, applications that do use information received through an Internet connection, such as the application designed to distinguish text generated with AI, or the "Cyber Journey" application that allows virtual travel and for this purpose displays webcams and online radios, as well as other similar applications. All of them receive information through the Internet but do not send any type of information (in the case of the tool for distinguishing AI-generated text, a direct link to the GPTZero platform is used and therefore it is from that web page that the text to be analyzed is actually sent; in the case of the webcam, protocol information will be sent that the video is being received and not user information, and the same will happen with the radio stations).

     4. Additional Considerations

4.1. We are aware that some of our applications could have bugs, mainly about visualization. If you use a "Nokia" phone, you may not be able to see the contents of our applications properly.
